Contact us with your Paddle receipt or transaction number, approximate purchase date, amount and currency, purchaser name, and any possible email addresses. Do not send your full card number, password, or identity documents.

If you cannot provide this information and we cannot identify the purchase, we cannot provide a re-download. You will need to purchase the product again.
