We process personal information only as needed to provide purchases, downloads, and support.
Information we collect
We receive purchase identifiers, products, currency, amount, purchase time, buyer email, and payment or refund status from our payment provider. For reviews, we collect a public display name, rating, review text, and early-access preference. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
We use the information to confirm purchases, deliver downloads and updates, moderate, publish, and edit reviews, provide eligible reviewers with early access to a free plugin, handle refunds, prevent abuse, provide support, and keep legally required records.
Service providers
We use Paddle for payment, Brevo for email delivery, and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Each provider processes data as needed to deliver its service.
Retention and security
Purchase records and review history are retained as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, manage publication, and provide support. Download and review URLs expire, and raw access tokens are not stored in the database. Published reviews do not include the buyer email or transaction details.
